Steadier Steps. Greater Confidence. Safer Living.

ESPT’s Balance & Fall Prevention Programs help older adults and those with a history of falls restore stability, reduce fall risk, and regain independence.

Overview

Falls are one of the leading causes of injury and hospitalization in older adults. Even a single fall can reduce confidence, limit independence, and impact quality of life. Whether you are recovering from a fall, noticing unsteadiness, or proactively working to stay safe as you age, ESPT provides structured balance programs tailored to your needs.

Our approach combines strength training, balance retraining, functional mobility, and fall-prevention education. Depending on your goals and medical necessity, balance care may be delivered as insurance-based rehabilitation, cash-pay PT, or performance-based wellness training.

Common Concerns We Address

  • Unsteady walking or gait instability
  • History of falls or frequent near-falls
  • Dizziness or imbalance during movement or position changes
  • Weakness in the legs, hips, or core
  • Fear of falling that limits activity and independence
  • Difficulty with stairs, curbs, or uneven ground
