Overview
The Graston Technique® is a research-backed method of instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM). Using specialized stainless steel instruments, it helps detect and treat scar tissue, fascial restrictions, and adhesions that limit mobility or cause pain.
At ESPT, Graston treatments are performed by Dr. Kimberly “Dr. Kim” Huey, DPT, OCS — a Certified Graston Technique® Provider. This ensures patients receive skilled, evidence-based care in both rehabilitation and performance contexts.
Graston may be delivered as part of a skilled PT plan of care (insurance-eligible if medically necessary) or as a cash-pay standalone service for wellness, recovery, or performance.
