Late Cancellation Policy
If your appointment is being cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, you may be subject to a $75 late cancellation fee upon review.
To avoid this fee, we encourage you to reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of the original time using the “Change Appointment Time” option.
If the rescheduled appointment is missed, the late cancellation fee will still apply per clinic policy.
