Late Cancellation Policy
- Insurance Physical Therapy: 24-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a $75 fee.
- Cash-Pay Services: 48-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice are subject to the full session fee.
There is no penalty to reschedule if the request is time-stamped more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time for insurance visits, or more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time for cash-pay visits.
