Requests submitted on Friday afternoons will be addressed the following business week.
Our office is closed on Tuesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays, if you have questions please call the office phone number and leave a voicemail or email the front desk at frontdesk.espt@gmail.com.

Important Clinic Policies
Mask Policy: Face masks remain mandatory in our clinic. You are welcome to wear your own, or we will provide a standard medical mask at check-in.
Community Treatment Setting: Please note that we do not have private treatment rooms. All evaluations and treatments take place in a community environment. We are unable to accommodate private room requests.
Please ensure these policies are acceptable to you before requesting an appointment.
